1. Steamed fish
Ingredients: fish, Qianhe steamed fish soy sauce, green onion, ginger, cooking oil
Production process:
1. Remove the internal organs of the fish, wash it, and cut it into pieces
2. Put green onion and ginger on the fish belly and body, steam it for about 10 minutes on high heat, and simmer for 3 minutes
3. Remove the green onion and ginger from the steamed fish, and pour out the soup into the dish
4. Pour Qianhe steamed fish soy sauce, add green onion shreds and drizzle a spoonful of hot oil before serving

2. Steamed clam eggs
Served with Ingredients: clams, eggs, Qianhe steamed fish soy sauce, green onions, ginger
Production process:
1. Put clams, green onions, and ginger into the pot, boil the water, and remove the clams after they open, rinse with cold water and set aside
2. Place the clams on a plate and pour the egg liquid in a ratio of 1:1.5
3. Cover the clam plate with a lid, put the steamer in the steamer, and boil the water, steam for about 12 minutes and simmer for 3 minutes
