Q:What is the difference between low salt soy sauce and regular soy sauce

The sodium content is 30% -50% lower (usually about 1000mg/10ml, low salt ≤ 700mg), suitable for salt control, and the freshness is close to that of ordinary products.

IFor patients with hypertension, kidney disease, the elderly, children, and families, reducing salt does not diminish flavor, and controlling sodium is healthier.

Check the sodium content label (clearly indicate the salt reduction ratio), select “Brewing soy sauce”, and ensure that the amino acid nitrogen is ≥ 0.8g/100ml (delicious).

By optimizing bacterial strains the saltiness is reduced but the freshness is retained, making it suitable for steaming, cold mixing, etc.

It needs to be refrigerated (to prevent spoilage) and has the same shelf life as regular soy sauce (3-6 months after opening). It should be stored at room temperature for no more than 2 months.
